Acceptance of Terms and Platform Use
By registering an account or using any services provided by 41000, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
The 41000 platform is an online entertainment service intended for adults aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the minimum required age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. 41000 reserves the right to request age verification at any time.
These terms apply to all platform users, including visitors, registered users, and any party accessing our content or services. Continued use of the platform after any updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. 41000 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your negligence. If you suspect any unauthorised access, please contact customer support immediately.
User Responsibilities
- Not using the platform for any unlawful activity.
- Not attempting to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the platform's systems.
- Not sharing your account with any other party or allowing others to access your account.
- Complying with all rules and policies stated in these terms at all times.
Payments, Deposits and Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the 41000 platform — including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is involved for users paying via local Malaysian payment methods.
Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX, and bank transfers via registered local financial institutions. Each deposit is subject to minimum and maximum limits set by the platform, which may be updated from time to time without notice.
Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the established verification procedures. 41000 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing a first-time withdrawal or when there are signs of unusual activity. Processing times vary depending on the chosen withdrawal method. Any fees charged by third-party financial institutions are the responsibility of the user.
Important Note: Any bonus or promotional credit received is subject to the wagering requirements (rollover) stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Withdrawals involving bonus balances may require those wagering requirements to be fulfilled before they are approved.
Account Policy, Suspension and Closure
41000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:
- Breach of any provision within these terms and conditions.
- Fraud, system manipulation, or any attempt to exploit vulnerabilities within the platform.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
- A request by the relevant authorities or law enforcement bodies.
In cases where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining funds may be forfeited subject to the outcome of the investigation conducted. Users whose accounts are closed for reasons unrelated to fraud are entitled to withdraw their eligible balance, subject to the required verification.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting 41000 customer support. All voluntary closure requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe.

All content, design, logos, branding, software code, and materials found on the 41000 platform are the exclusive property of the platform or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any such content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links and Services
The 41000 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including payment processors. 41000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to their respective terms.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
